Dear Valued BTSE Users,
In order to better protect users’ interests and align with global regulatory requirements, BTSE will be adjusting its KYC requirements, starting today, October 16, 2025.
All new BTSE users will be required to complete our new KYC process to access crypto trading and depositing privileges.
The new KYC process should take less than two minutes; in special cases where manual review is required, it may take longer.
Existing users will be given an extended grace period until June 30, 2026 to complete KYC. They will retain access to depositing and trading privileges until then.

BTSE Users Required to Complete ID Verification
- Starting today, October 16, 2025, new BTSE users will be required to complete ID verification to obtain crypto depositing and trading privileges
- Existing users will be given an extended grace period until June 30, 2026 to complete KYC. They will retain access to depositing and trading privileges until then. Such privileges will be revoked after this deadline if KYC has not been completed, and users will only be able to withdraw funds.
- KYC keeps your account safe and secure by confirming your identity and preventing fraud. This is to protect your assets and transactions.
- Adopting KYC requirements will help standardize the user experience at BTSE and enable us to better align with global regulations. This will help ensure a secure, transparent trading environment, giving peace of mind to all users. By completing KYC, you’re helping us build a more progressive community of crypto users.
