We’re writing to keep you informed of a temporary change to BTSE’s fiat banking channels.
As part of an ongoing upgrade to our payments infrastructure, fiat deposit channels will be currently unavailable across the platform. This affects all users regardless of whether you have previously used fiat services on BTSE.
What this means for you:
- Fiat deposits — temporarily unavailable from 1 July. We are actively working to restore access and will notify you as soon as channels are back online.
- Fiat withdrawals — remain fully operational until further notice. If you wish to withdraw fiat funds, you can continue to do so as normal — please log in to your account and use the withdrawal options shown on the platform.
- Crypto deposits and withdrawals — fully operational and unaffected.
- Trading — fully operational. Your account, balances, and positions remain fully secure and unaffected by these changes.
This is a transitional infrastructure change. We will publish an update here and notify users directly once fiat deposit services are restored.
