- Trading bots such as spot grid bots & DCA bots will be paused and resume executing orders after maintenance has been completed
Futures Trading
- Cannot place new orders; pending trigger orders to be auto-cancelled
- Existing positions will remain open but cannot be reduced or added to
- Liquidation mechanisms to be suspended during maintenance; may resume when maintenance ends, with potential forced liquidations if positions are under-collateralized
- We highly advise users to reduce or close futures positions ahead of time
Earn Products
- Subscriptions and redemptions to be suspended
- Interest continues accruing normally; payouts resume post-maintenance
AutoTrader and Other Services
- Cannot open new strategies; existing strategies will stop executing orders until maintenance is over.
- OTC quotes and conversions to be unavailable
What to Do Before July 12
- Complete necessary deposits or withdrawals ahead of time
- Consider reducing or closing existing spot, futures, and other types of positions if you’re uncomfortable with exposure during downtime
Post-maintenance, trading services will resume as normal. Automated actions such as bot orders and Earn interest distributions will resume. However, orders that were previously auto-cancelled will not be restored.
