We’re excited to announce that BTSE has gained approval for regulatory registration under the Token and Trustworthy Technology Service Provider Act (TVTG) in Liechtenstein (subject to a condition precedent)! This achievement not only signifies our commitment to regulatory compliance but also opens the door for us to expand our business presence in Europe and reach more global users.<\/span><\/p>\n

Liechtenstein’s Financial Market Authority (FMA) has granted registration to BTSE AG, our legal entity registered in the country. This will allow BTSE to operate as a regulated Trustworthy Technology (TT) Exchange Service Provider, offering services related to tokens and cryptocurrencies, in compliance with the TVTG.<\/span><\/p>\n

Europe is a rapidly growing market for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, boasting a regulatory framework with competitive clarity. The region’s large and diverse pool of highly educated professionals in tech and finance also offers a wealth of opportunities for innovation and service expansion.<\/span><\/p>\n
