VICTORIA, Seychelles, 13 April, 2023<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>BTSE<\/span><\/a>, a leading digital asset exchange, today announced that it has secured approval for a regulatory registration under the <\/span>Token and Trustworthy Technology Service Provider Act<\/span><\/a> (TVTG) in Liechtenstein (subject to a condition precedent). This compliance milestone will enable the digital asset exchange to expand its business presence into Europe and attract global users. The registration also demonstrates the firm\u2019s unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n

BTSE AG, BTSE\u2019s legal entity registered in Liechtenstein, has obtained the registration granted by the country\u2019s <\/span>Financial Market Authority<\/span><\/a> (FMA). The registration will allow BTSE AG to operate as a regulated <\/span>Trustworthy Technology (TT) Exchange Service Provider<\/span><\/a> in Liechtenstein, and provide services related to <\/span>tokens and cryptocurrencies<\/span><\/a>, subject to compliance with the TVTG.<\/span><\/p>\n

The stringent vetting process for obtaining a TVTG registration encompasses a thorough assessment of the company\u2019s compliance measures for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.<\/span><\/p>\n
