To enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Kusama network, BTSE is pleased to announce our support for the upcoming Kusama (KSM) network migration. This migration will see KSM tokens move from the native Kusama Relay Chain to the newer, more specialized Asset Hub Kusama parachain.<\/span><\/p>\n

This upgrade is designed to improve the overall user experience for creating and managing assets on the Kusama network. To ensure a seamless transition for our users, BTSE will perform the necessary technical integrations. Please read the following information carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Suspension of Deposits & Withdrawals:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Begins October 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM (UTC+0)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Reopening of Deposits & Withdrawals:<\/span>\n
        \n
      • Estimated Window: October 13-17, 2025<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The exact resumption time will depend on the stability of the upgraded network. We will notify you through a subsequent announcement once deposits and withdrawals are open.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Trading of KSM pairs will remain unaffected throughout this period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Important Notes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. No Action Required for Holders: This is a network-level upgrade. You do not need to take any action if you hold KSM in your BTSE spot wallet. BTSE will handle all technical requirements for all users.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Before October 7, 2025: Please complete all your KSM deposits and withdrawals in advance to avoid any inconvenience.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. New Deposit Addresses (Post-Migration): After the migration is complete, the KSM network on BTSE will be the Asset Hub Kusama parachain.<\/span>\n
            \n
          1. You must use the new KSM deposit address generated after the service reopens.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Do not deposit KSM to old addresses after the migration, as it may result in a loss of funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
