Today we’re going to teach you how to go through the identity verification and KYC process on BTSE. Note that you need to verify your account and pass KYC to access any trading and depositing features.
First, we’re going to go to our account profile at the upper right-hand side of the home page, and then click on “Verification”.

On this page, you’ll see that there are three types of verifications: email verification, ID verification, and advanced verification. You’ll need to verify your ID to enable crypto deposits, trading, and other features on BTSE.
To enable deposit services such as credit card and bank transfer features, you’ll have to submit a proof of address for verification.

We’re going to show you how to verify your ID to unlock crypto trading and deposit privileges.
Clicking Verify Identity will bring us to the next page.
On the next page, we fill out our personal information and details, such as date of birth, country of residence, and source of funds.

Next, we have to upload our photo ID, which could be a passport, drivers license, identity card, or residence permit.

The software automatically sends a secure link to your phone, where we can upload the photo ID directly there.

After we finish the tasks on our phone, we come back to this page and finish the submission.
Alternatively, you could also directly upload a photo of your ID on a desktop computer, which we show here.

And we’re done. After you submit your photo ID, it’ll take less than two days for the software to verify your ID, and then once it’s verified you’ll be able to deposit and trade crypto on BTSE. There may be cases in which the verification requires further review; in that case, we’ll reach out to you via e-mail.
